Who we are
Vic, a retired Army
Colonel who's entrepreneurial spirit knows no bounds, is taking a deep dive into the restaurant industry with sons, Ryan and Aaron. Ryan and Aaron have accumulated over 20 years experience in the industry and have had persistent aspirations of running a family business.
Ryan's expertise lies in the
front of house and customer service, specializing in craft mixed drinks. He boasts hand crafted cocktail components, fresh squeezed juices, and an encyclopedic knowledge of cocktails. He can shake up anything that you could want - or never knew you wanted.
Aaron's experience resides in the engine room - the kitchen. Having worked across a wide variety of cuisines, from southern fine dining to Thai, he has developed a broad and unique skillset. However, the lure of smoke and fire has kept him coming back to traditional southern barbecue - with some untraditional flavors.
